We asked our in-house expert Zoe Price-Smith - Chief Design and Product Officer to provide some practical tips to help ensure you find the perfect lingerie gifts that she’ll love, leaving her feeling confident and empowered.
1. Get the size right
It may sound obvious, but knowing her size ensures a seamless gift-giving experience - no returns, no exchanges, just a perfect fit she can enjoy straight away. Take a discreet look at the labels on the inside of her favourite bras to find the right size.
There are two components to a bra size; a number between 28 and 40 (which references her band measurement) followed by a letter, usually from A-H (this corresponds to her cup size).
If you’re buying knickers, suspenders or a leg harness, this will be an even number between 6 and 18. Again, check a few items of clothing they wear often and go with the most common size you find.
2. Know her favourite colour
Buying a lingerie set in her favourite colour, adds a meaningful touch and is an instant way to ensure your partner will adore her new lingerie. For a failsafe option, you can never go wrong with a timeless black or classic white matching lingerie set.
3. Consider her lingerie preferences
