Boux Avenue had one job — to deliver a simple but meaningful gift and they completely failed. I ordered a gift card, paid extra for the personalised message and packaging, and was really looking forward to surprising my cousin. What I received was honestly a joke. A large outer box with a much smaller inner box, four random petals tossed in, and a gift card that wasn’t even secured it just kept falling to the side. But the worst part? The personalised message card I paid for was completely missing. That message was the most important part of the gift. Without it, the entire point of the gesture was lost. It made the whole thing feel impersonal and thoughtless. Lisa offered me a refund, which I appreciate — but this isn’t just about the money. It’s about the experience, and the fact that Boux Avenue couldn’t even get the basics right. This was meant to be something special, and they ruined it. First and last time I’ll ever order from them.
