Lesleyann is a passionate worker and has worked in the retail industry for 28 years, with 20 of those years in retail management. For the past 8 years Lesleyann has worked for Boux Avenue - with 6 of those years as Store Manager at Boux Avenue’s Bullring Store, being expertly trained in bra fitting along with training up her staff. For the past 18 months Lesleyann has been working as Retail Store Trainer for all the stores at Boux Avenue. In the role Leselyann is responsible for providing continuous coaching and development to the store teams, identifying opportunities for further training, and ensuring the delivery and integration of a learning culture across all Boux Avenue stores.

Expertise
Fully trained expert in bra fits, being able to let you know your size not by tape measure but by eye - looking at the four faithful features on how the bra sits on your busts. Having trained multiple staff over the years on how to calculate a customer’s bra size.
By being fully trained in bra fitting, Lesleyann is also able to advise on the best style of bras to go with your bust shape - whether that is top heavy, bottom heavy, rounded, separated etc.
Able to change window and store display - following guides provided from head office and actioning to accuracy.
Monitoring and overseeing any areas in the store which needs more support or training. Creating vital training courses and packs for new starters and current store staff to be able to follow and help provide a seamless experience for the customer, but also for the store staff.
