I am sure you can agree that on some days of the week all you want to do is lounge around in your Boux sets all day. For me, I find self-care essential, taking that time out of your day for yourself gives you a moment to reset and refresh. This does not need to be a daily ritual, I feel that when I look on Instagram I always think others have their life more together than I do, but you only get to see a percentage of their life. Some days it is impossible to have that moment of relaxation, especially if you suffer from anxiety, like myself.

When you make your bed in the morning, you have already completed one task of the day. I feel like this simple task can instantly make you feel more productive. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you are worth it and you are going to smash today! Giving yourself this confidence boost, really can change your mood for the whole day ahead. Sometimes I will start my day off using the Headspace app, this is a great way to relieve any anxiety or stress. I usually go for a run in the morning, wearing my Boux Sports sets, this is a great way to take time for yourself, gain some Vitamin D, and release endorphins. Running is definitely not everyone’s cup of tea, you could go on a mindful walk or some yoga instead!

During the evening, comfort is key! My ideal evening would be running a warm bath, with salt crystals which is a great way to relax your muscles. I will always pop on one of my Boux candles to relax whilst in the bath. This is a moment to step away from the internet and detox your mind (don’t fall asleep!) I then always change into my Boux PJs and robe, I find that nightwear is important to invest in, nothing feels better than getting into bed with nightwear that you love. Great nightwear gives me confidence in myself, which is my little treat, from me, to me. Sometimes I will pop on a face mask in the evening, this is another great form of relaxation, even pop some cucumber on your eyes (did you know that the cucumber actually doesn’t do anything, it's just for the aesthetic). Finally, I will finish my evening off with a peppermint tea, which can help with your digestive system. If you have trouble sleeping, I suggest using the Headspace app, they have some wonderful sleep meditations which can relax your body to get into the right mindset to sleep.
