F.O.R.S. FOR GOOD
Looking to clear out your wardrobe and ensure those items get reused? Great! Allow us to introduce you to the new Boux Avenue Fabric Online Reuse Scheme, or as we call it, the F.O.R.S. FOR GOOD.
We’ve partnered with The Salvation Army’s trading arm (SATCoL) to give our community the opportunity to donate clothing super-easily online. Feel GOOD knowing that items suitable for resale will be made available across Salvation Army charity stores throughout the UK and will help to raise vital funds for charity.
Simply package up your preloved clothes, register your donation with SATCoL to receive a QR code that you can scan at your chosen InPost locker or store, and then drop off your clothes for FREE.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
WHAT CAN BE DONATED?
We gladly accept:

- Bikini bottoms only if unworn with tags & hygiene strip still attached
- Swimsuits only if unworn with tags & hygiene strip still attached

These can be of any brand - not just Boux Avenue - but they must be:
- Clean
- Dry

WHAT CANNOT BE DONATED?

- Bedding
- Wet, mouldy, dirty or damaged items
These can be of any brand - not just Boux Avenue - but they must be:

The profits raised from the resale of the generous items SATCoL receives is donated to The Salvation Army to continue to support the great work they do for the most vulnerable across the country including shelter for those experiencing homelessness, plus specialist support for survivors and potential victims of modern slavery, and so much more.
By donating your unwanted items through our F.O.R.S. FOR GOOD scheme, you’re not only clearing out your wardrobe more sustainably and with minimal fuss, you’re also helping to raise vital funds for charity.
Resale and Reuse: Items received in resaleable condition will be distributed to Salvation Army charity shops across the UK to help raise vital funds for charity and putting good clothing back in use.
Recycle, Repurpose & Recovery: Items that cannot be resold will be processed in different ways. Depending on the type of garment, textile, fibre and fibre blends, some fabrics may be recycled back into fibres, whilst others may be repurposed into industrial materials wherever possible. For example, some blended materials can be converted into furniture filling. Items that don’t get recycled or repurposed go towards energy recovery use.
