Retail Store Trainer
“I have worked in retail for over 20 years and have been with Boux Avenue for over 7 years. I started as a Store Manager and progressed into the role of Retail Store Trainer. During my time with the brand, I have had numerous opportunities to grow, including participating in management programs and supporting stores across the business... Additionally, I am currently enrolled in an apprenticeship through Boux Avenue, which is further enhancing my skills to support the wider business.”

Wellbeing In Action
Mental Wellbeing
We know that to do our best, we have to feel our best. We are deeply invested in the mental, physical, and financial wellbeing of our Boux Avenue community. We invest in mental wellbeing through our network of Mental Health First Aiders, our partnership with the Retail Trust. This charity offers support mechanisms such as therapy.
Wellbeing Day
We also offer every colleague our signature ‘Wellbeing Day’: a paid day off for every colleague to recharge after our busiest peak trading period.
Financial Support
We also understand that everyone can go through times of hardship. That’s why we’re proud to offer financial support to our wonderful teams through the Theo Paphitis Benevolent Fund.
