VIP Delivery Pass Terms & Conditions

  • The VIP Delivery Pass service provides you with unlimited next working day delivery (when ordered before 6pm), costs £9.99 and is valid for a period of 12 months.

  • The VIP Delivery Pass is only available to those currently residing in the UK and for deliveries and collections to a UK address.

  • Once you subscribe to the VIP Delivery Pass you are free to use our Next Day UK service as often as you like. The following delivery services are not included in the VIP Delivery Pass; UK Standard Delivery, UK Delivery to Store.

  • Our Next Day UK service is, subject to the following postcode exclusions.

  • Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered the next day.

  • At times of high demand, we reserve the right to make temporary changes to our usual VIP Delivery Pass service. We will ensure the VIP Delivery Pass returns to normal as quickly as possible.

  • We will always aim to get your order to you in line with the promised delivery timescales. However in times of high demand we reserve the right to change your delivery to a different option. We’ll let you know if we do this.

  • The VIP Delivery Pass is not available for orders placed in store and can only be used for orders placed on www.bouxavenue.com.

  • In order to subscribe to the VIP Delivery Pass you must have a valid Boux Avenue VIP Account and be logged in to create the subscription.

  • You can order using the VIP Delivery Pass as often as you like and there is no minimum spend.

  • To purchase the VIP Delivery Pass simply add it to your bag while placing an order online. Any items bought at the same time as the subscription will be sent to you using the VIP Delivery Pass. Both the items and the subscription to the delivery service will be charged on the same order.

  • The VIP Delivery Pass is excluded from all existing offers or discounts, however you will be able to buy products that do qualify for promotions or discounts in conjunction with the VIP Delivery Pass.

  • The VIP Delivery Pass will not automatically renew. Boux Avenue will contact you before your renewal is due to make you aware of the upcoming expiry.

  • Provided you have not made any additional purchases using the VIP Delivery Pass you are entitled, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to cancel your subscription up to 14 days after your first payment is taken or after your subscription is renewed. To cancel your subscription using this right please contact our Customer Service team.

  • Once your second order has been shipped to you using the VIP Delivery Pass you cannot cancel your subscription.

  • To ensure your order arrives when you expect, we may make changes to delivery options during busy periods. The options that are available will be made clear during checkout.

  • The VIP Delivery Pass can only be used for personal use and should not be used for any business purposes.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your VIP Delivery Pass subscription at any time. We will offer refunds at our discretion but no refund will be given to any customer who has breached these terms and conditions or has taken part in illegal or fraudulent activity relating to the VIP Delivery Pass service.

  • Whilst we will use our best efforts to ensure delivery by the delivery timescale stated above, we and our delivery service providers may be unable to do so by reason of circumstances beyond our/their reasonable control, including without limitation extreme weather conditions, adverse traffic conditions, failures of vehicles, inability to access your property (“Event Beyond Reasonable Control”). You agree that we will not be liable where delivery is not received on the date you expected where it was caused by an Event Beyond Reasonable Control.

  • By proceeding with purchase of the Subscription you also acknowledge and agree that given the nature of the Service the Delivery Restrictions may change from time to time (Eg Bank Holidays) during the duration of your Subscription and you are advised to review the Delivery Restrictions periodically and at each time you wish to make a purchase to ensure that you are clear on the applicable cut off times and post code restrictions at the relevant time.

  • Use of the VIP Delivery Pass is restricted to 3 different delivery addresses during the period of subscription (12 months).

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at our discretion. Boux Avenue will notify you in the event that there are any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other Boux Avenue terms and conditions still apply.

Unfortunately due to geographical challenges we are not able to achieve next day delivery to every postcode area in the UK. However we can supply delivery within 2 working days to;

  • PH10, 11, 13, 14
  • PH19-26, 30-44, 49, 50

And delivery within 3 working days to;

And delivery within 4 working days to;

** Items posted in Scottish postcodes in Zone 1 to Scottish Island postcodes in Zone 2 will incur a surcharge.
