Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong item delivered twice! Poor packaging too! I bought this thong to match the bra at the same time. The bra and ‘thong’ were delivered but the item I received was the Brazilian style. I went through customer service and they did refund for the mistake. So I re-ordered the thong again. It’s been delivered whilst I was at work. Opened the package and inside is another pair of Brazilian knickers labelled thong. There is clearly something wrong with the labelling of this range of items. And when you are ordering a thong, that’s what you expect to be delivered too. And to add to that, whoever is packaging parcels up needs to retrain on which adhesive strip to use when sealing the parcels. The last few orders have been received with both strips stuck down, so you can’t even use the packaging to return items. So returning items becomes a bit of a nightmare. Please sort out your products because this is becoming costly, having to keep re-ordering the same item, to try and get the right product delivered
