Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor quality Bought this in summer and wouldn’t usually bother with a review but seeing that all of the other 14 reviews experienced the same I think Boux should be recalling this product. On my second wear the plastic chain strap snapped off the same as others. How can this item still be for sale knowing that the product is faulty with so many of the same complaints. Boux Avenue??

I was careful to only hand rinse and not use washing machine or chemicals. Second time I used it the strap broke. The plastic chain link just snapped - super disappointing. I returned it to swap for a new one but they said they had run out of my size, even though they are still being sold online.

BUT one of the straps broke the second time I wore it, as I was wearing it! Disappointing as I was on holiday and couldn’t wear it for the rest of the week. Going to return and swap it and hope the same thing doesn’t happen again… would be 5 star if it hadn’t broken.
