Extended Christmas Returns

Any purchase made between Sunday 12th October - Wednesday 24th December 2025 may be returned any time before Sunday 11th January 2026 with a receipt Items you wish to return must be unworn, and sent back to us with your receipt, along with the original tags intact and packaging*. Once we have received this, we can start the returns process.

Received an item as a gift? If you have a gift receipt, you will be offered an exchange or Boux Avenue Gift Card (*Does not affect your statutory rights.)

We will endeavour to process your return within 10 working days, following receipt of the above. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale, this may take a little longer.

*Please note there are a few Boux Avenue items which, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on, unless the product is unopened and in a saleable condition. This is simply for hygiene reasons – we hope you understand., A list of these items can be found here
