We offer the following delivery options, so you can choose how soon your Boux Avenue parcel will arrive:

  • Standard delivery (1-3 days) £3 (free on orders over £30)
  • Next working day delivery (when ordered before 4pm) £5
  • Saturday delivery (when ordered before 4pm Friday) £7.50
  • International delivery £10
  • Pick up in-store (next day when ordered before 3pm)

Exchanges and returns

We hope you love Boux Avenue purchase. However, if would like to exchange or return any unworn item, you can do so within 28 days along with the original tags and your receipt.

Choose one of these options:

  • Return to your nearest Boux Avenue store
  • Return Freepost via Royal Mail

Simply fill out our exchange/returns form on the back of your despatch receipt for quick and easy returns.

We offer two gift wrap options for all Boux Avenue parcels. Choose from:

Our signature gift wrap

Delicately wrapped in layers of sheer lace print tissue and scattered with scented rose petals, choose our gift wrap option for parcels arriving at your door in beautiful black, white and pink boxes.

No gift wrap

For those conscious of the environment, Boux Avenue can forgo your pretty box and petals and simply tissue wrap and place your purchase in our little brown outer boxes.

We offer the option to have your Boux Avenue treats delivered to one of our beautiful stores.

You can buy online and collect your purchase from your nearest store the very next day (if you order before 3pm).
