About Jade

Jade has over 18 years of experience in the fashion buying sector. For the last 10 years Jade has worked at the Boux Avenue head office and is currently Senior Nightwear Buyer, seeing herself as a loyal customer to the brand. Jade is responsible for end to end of the product lifecycle in Boux Avenue’s nightwear department - from the viral PJs in a Bag that everyone loves at Christmas time, to the brands luxuriously glamorous nightwear and the cosiest of dressing gowns. At the beginning of each new collection Jade will work closely with design and merchandising on product selection and range building. The next stage would be working closely with Boux Avenue’s suppliers, overseeing samples to be able to work with the technical team on product development - checking quality of materials, colour, pattern designs and fitting. Over the years, Jade has been able to gather knowledge and insights on what the Boux Avenue customer loves by looking at data and reacting to trading of products - this all helps to create future collections works for the Boux customer.

Nightwear Lead

Oversees the nightwear department, whilst working closely with the design team to ensure the final product fits as closely to the design brief as possible - looking at fit, material choice, colour, pattern designs and more - providing the most desirable of nightwear products on the high-street.

Product Buying

Overseeing and working closely with suppliers to ensure high quality product that looks and feels luxurious, whilst also delivering the best fit for the Boux Customer, and longevity. Along with managing the timely delivery of products, ensuring collections launch on time.

Visual Merchandising

Working closely with the Chief Design & Product Officer and Visual Merchandising teams to plan in store ranges - how the nightwear collection will visually look during the business key periods. To help create strong nightwear campaigns Jade will work closely with the marketing team providing guidance on the key products from each collection.

Customer-led Product Thinking

Using data and insights from previous collections to ensure each new range delivers a relevant need and aspiration to the Boux customer.
