We are very busy during our Sale period (Including our VIP preview sale) and although we will always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, our standard delivery service and our click and collect service may take up to 3-5 working days.

Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel between 1-3 working days of your order. An ultra-economical option for those who aren't in a "next day" kind of rush for their Boux Avenue treats, but will nevertheless be impressed by our swift delivery.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will be an additional 48 hours on top of the selected delivery option.

As soon as we send out your Boux Avenue parcel, you will receive either an email or an SMS with a tracking number. Hang onto this, it will enable you to track your parcel through to delivery.

Hermes is our UK delivery partner. Hermes courier attempts delivery 3 times, usually on consecutive days. On each attempt a calling call is left, which will have contact details for the local courier so you can arrange redelivery of your parcel. If the customer is not home, the courier will attempt to leave with a neighbour to obtain a signature. If this is not possible, the courier can leave the parcel in a safe location at the customer's property. This is defined as "out of sight and under cover". Please note that this is not possible for parcels where a signature is required. If after 3 attempts, there is still an unsuccessful delivery, the parcel will be returned to the depot.

A super-speedy service straight to your door, our next day delivery option is perfect if you simply can’t wait for your Boux Avenue treats.

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4pm will be delivered the next day.

  • Orders placed after 4pm on Thursday and up to 1pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

  • Orders placed before 4pm on Friday may be received next-day if you upgrade to our Saturday service

Our Nominated day delivery service is available to both guest and VIP customers at a cost of £6.

With Nominated day delivery, you are able to select a week day that works best for you, from the day after tomorrow up to seven days in advance.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer AM/PM time slots.Delivery to UK addresses only.

Our Saturday delivery service will deliver your parcel on a Saturday for when you need your treats in time for the weekend. With our Saturday delivery option, all orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be received by 5pm the very next day.

Our Sunday delivery service will deliver your parcel on a Sunday for when you need your treats in time for the week ahead. With our Sunday delivery option, all orders placed before 2pm on Saturday will be received by 5pm the very next day.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Sunday delivery to the following postcodes.

Using our Global Shipping Partner Global-E, we now ship to over 200 destinations, in over 60 currencies and offer over 40 different payment methods depending on your shipping country. Please ensure you select your shipping country, this will ensure you pay for your order in the correct currency. You will be able to do this at any point of your browsing stage by using the country switcher at the top of the page. Due to postal restrictions, we are unable to send the following items to international destinations:

  • Reed room diffusers

  • Room sprays

  • Perfume purse sprays

Our Click & Collect service is free for all orders except during our Sale period (including our VIP preview sale) where there is a £1.95 charge for orders under £25. We are very busy during these times and although we will always try our best to get your order to your chosen store the next working day, this isn't always possible. Please keep an eye out for your confirmation email, which will let you know when your order is ready for collection.


You can order online and collect your beautiful purchases at your closest Boux Avenue or Ryman store for free. Simply head straight to the cash desk or concierge to collect your Boux Avenue treats.

Boux Avenue stores - All orders placed before 3pm will be ready to collect the next day after 2pm (Monday – Saturday). All orders placed after 3pm Friday, Saturday and up to 1pm on Sunday will be available for collection after 2pm on Monday.

Ryman stores - All orders placed before 3pm will be ready to collect the next day after 2pm (Monday – Thursday). All orders placed after 3pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and up to 1pm on Sunday will be available for collection after 2pm on Monday.

You can order in store and collect your beautiful purchases the very next day or have them delivered to your home or work address for free.

Our in store team will process your order for you and you may select from one of the following delivery options:

  • Collect from store for FREE - Order in store by 3pm and your order will be ready for collection by no later than 2pm the very next day

  • FREE standard delivery - Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel between 1-3 working days of your order

  • Next day delivery £4.94 - Order in store by 4pm to receive your order the next working day

What will my parcel look like?

You will fall in love with your Boux Avenue delivery from the moment you open the packaging. Our beautifully branded boxes are the first layer of fabulous, followed by your delicately gift wrapped purchase and finished with scented rose petals scattered throughout the box.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please note that purchases made between 13th October and 14th December 2018 may be returned up until 14th January 2019. All purchases made after this revert back to the 28 days standard exchange period.

Boux Avenue understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. It’s all part and parcel of the wonderful world of shopping; sometimes we buy before we try, and later regret a rash decision resulting in an unloved bra or babydoll.

We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days. All we ask is that the item is unworn, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging.

We will endeavour to process your return within 10 working days. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale, this may take a little longer.

There are a few Boux Avenue items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, these are;

  • Our bath & body products

  • Our hosiery

  • Nipple petals

  • Mini bust booster

  • Ultimate bust booster

  • Backless strapless bra

  • Replacement wing tape for backless, strapless bra

  • Secret tape

  • Clear back bra

  • Stick & clip bra


How to do it

Simply fill out our quick and easy returns form, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging and post back to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You can also return any unworn items bought online at our stores, as long as you have your receipt and the original tags.

Boux Avenue offer a free returns service. There will be a Royal Mail returns slip in your parcel, simply attach to your parcel then pop it in the post back to us from your local post office. The post office will give you a receipt – hold onto this for tracking purposes.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.

If you have passed the 28 days, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange.

If you have received a faulty item from us, we are very sorry to hear it, so please post back to us as above stating the problem on our returns form. Or call our customer service team for further assistance on 0800 054 6550.

In-store at Boux Avenue

Simply return your unworn item with your receipt and the original tags to one of our Boux Avenue stores within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

If you have your receipt but have passed the 28 days, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange.

If your item is faulty we are very sorry to hear that, please bring your item into store and we can take a look.

This will not affect your statutory rights.

In-store at Ryman

Wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging with your receipt and the original tags and take to one of our Ryman stores within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment once the order has been received by our warehouse.

If you have your receipt but have passed the 28 days, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange.

We hope you love your Boux Avenue purchase. However, if would like to return any unworn item, you can do so within 28 days of receipt, along with the original tags and your delivery note that was included in your parcel.

In order to return an item please print a returns label using our returns portal. Alternatively you can request a return via email, please ensure you put your order number and email address associated with the order in the email.

Please note any shipping costs, taxes and/or duty applicable to your order are non-refundable.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.

We cannot currently offer an exchange service on international orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.

Free Worldwide Returns with PayPal

PayPal is offering free returns covering up to £15/$30 USD/€30/$45 AUD/$30 CAD/250kr of return shipping for up to 12 eligible PayPal purchases worldwide until 31st December 2017.

  • Step 1:

    Make sure "Return Shipping on Us" is activated in your PayPal account before placing an order:

  • Step 2:

    Place your order with Boux Avenue using PayPal to pay.

  • Step 3:

    If you decide to return your purchase simply follow the normal instructions as stated on the Boux Avenue returns form enclosed with your order making sure you retain proof of return shipping costs.

  • Step 4:

    Submit a claim to PayPal including proof of PayPal purchase and proof of return shipping costs within 14 days of returning the goods to us.

  • Step 5:

    If your claim is approved by PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited with a refund within 10 days

We cannot currently offer an exchange service on international orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.

If you have purchased a Boux Avenue product from Very.co.uk and you would like a refund or exchange, please direct your request to Very customer service department (0344 822 2321 - 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week), or via the ‘My Account’ page found on the Very website. Very run a 28 day returns policy the same as us.
