DELIVERY TIMES DURING THE NEW YEAR PERIOD


Due to snow in some regions please expect minor delays with your order.

During January, the below delivery time frames may be subject to extension to cope with demand.

Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel up to 5 working days of your order. An ultra-economical option for those who aren't in a "next day" kind of rush for their Boux Avenue treats, but will nevertheless be impressed by our swift delivery.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will be an additional 48 hours on top of the selected delivery option.

As soon as we send out your Boux Avenue parcel, you will receive either an email or an SMS with a tracking number. Hang onto this, it will enable you to track your parcel through to delivery.

Hermes is our UK delivery partner. Hermes courier attempts delivery 3 times, usually on consecutive days. On each attempt a calling call is left, which will have contact details for the local courier so you can arrange redelivery of your parcel. If the customer is not home, the courier will attempt to leave with a neighbour to obtain a signature. If this is not possible, the courier can leave the parcel in a safe location at the customer's property. This is defined as "out of sight and under cover". Please note that this is not possible for parcels where a signature is required. If after 3 attempts, there is still an unsuccessful delivery, the parcel will be returned to the depot.

You can enter your tracking number on the Hermes website (UK orders) or on the DHL website (International orders) to follow your order directly.

A speedy service straight to your door, that will aim to deliver your parcel the next working day of your order being placed

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4pm will be delivered the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 4pm on Thursday and up to 1pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

  • Orders placed before 4pm on Friday may be received next-day if you upgrade to our Saturday service

  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer Next day delivery to the following postcodes

Our Nominated day delivery service is available to both guest and VIP customers at a cost of £6.

With Nominated day delivery, you are able to select a week day that works best for you, from the day after tomorrow up to seven days in advance.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer AM/PM time slots.Delivery to UK addresses only.

Our Saturday delivery service will deliver your parcel on a Saturday for when you need your treats in time for the weekend. With our Saturday delivery option, all orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be received by 5pm the very next day.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Saturday delivery to the following postcodes

Our Sunday delivery service will deliver your parcel on a Sunday for when you need your treats in time for the week ahead. With our Sunday delivery option, all orders placed before 2pm on Saturday will be received by 5pm the very next day.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Sunday delivery to the following postcodes.

Using our Global Shipping Partner Global-E, we now ship to over 200 destinations, in over 60 currencies and offer over 40 different payment methods depending on your shipping country. Please ensure you select your shipping country, this will ensure you pay for your order in the correct currency. You will be able to do this at any point of your browsing stage by using the country switcher at the top of the page. Due to postal restrictions, we are unable to send the following items to international destinations:

Our click and collect service is currently unavailable as of 6th January 2021

You can order online and collect your beautiful purchases at your closest Boux Avenue or Ryman store for free on all orders over £30 (delivery fee of £1.95 applies to orders under £30). We will always try our best to get your order to your chosen store the next working day, this isn't always possible. Please keep an eye out for your confirmation email, which will let you know when your order is ready for collection.


Simply head straight to the cash desk or concierge in store to collect your Boux Avenue treats.

Boux Avenue stores - All orders placed before 3pm will be ready to collect after 2 working days (Monday – Saturday). All orders placed after 3pm Friday, Saturday and up to 1pm on Sunday will be available for collection after 2pm on Tuesday.

Ryman stores - All orders will be ready to collect after 2 working days (Monday – Thursday). All orders placed after 3pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and up to 1pm on Sunday will be available for collection after 2pm on Tuesday.

If you can't find what you're looking for in store one of our in store team can order your beautiful purchases for you to be delivered to the store, or to your home or work address for free.

Our in store team will process your order for you and you may select from one of the following delivery options:

  • Collect from store for FREE - Order in store by 3pm and your order will be ready for collection by no later than 2pm the very next day

  • FREE standard delivery - Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel between 1-3 working days of your order

  • Next day delivery £4.95 - Order in store by 4pm to receive your order the next working day

What will my parcel look like?

As standard, your purchase will arrive in our simple pink Boux Avenue bags or box.

You can chose our gift-wrapping service at checkout where your parcel will be delicately wrapped in layers of sheer lace print tissue, scattered with scented rose petals and delivered to your door in beautiful black, white and pink boxes. Please note: For individually gift wrapped items, please make separate orders.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Boux Avenue understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. It’s all part and parcel of the wonderful world of shopping; sometimes we buy before we try, and later regret a rash decision resulting in an unloved bra or babydoll.

We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer a full refund or exchange of an item within 28 days, as long as the item you would like to return is unworn, and sent back to us with your receipt, along with the original tags and packaging*. Once we have received this, we can start the returns process.

Any purchase made after Tuesday 20th October 2020 may be returned anytime until Tuesday 19th January 2021, with a receipt. If you have a gift receipt you will be offered an exchange or a Boux Avenue gift card.

We're offering an extended returns policy on purchases made in store from Sunday 15th November 2020. Purchases may be returned for up to 30 days from the reopening of our stores. Items may only be returned for an exchange or credit note and must have proof of receipt.

We will endeavour to process your return within 10 working days, following receipt of the above. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale, this may take a little longer.

*Please note there are a few Boux Avenue items which, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on, unless the product is unopened and in a saleable condition. This is simply for hygiene reasons – we hope you understand., These are;

How to return

We’ve made it easier than ever to return your items.

Simply fill out our quick and easy returns form on the delivery note included in your parcel, wrap up your unworn items with the original tags and packaging, and return within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

You can choose from one of four easy methods:

  1. Return your online purchases for free at your nearest post office using the Free Returns label in your parcel. If you don’t have a label, you can create a new label on the Royal Mail website* here

  2. NEW - Return your online purchases for free using a Hermes Parcelshop or Locker, or book a collection. We now offer returns via Hermes with no need to print off a label if you drop off at a Parcelshop. You will need to generate a return on the Hermes website* here

  3. NEW - Book a collection from Royal Mail. You can now book a collection for your online purchases with Royal Mail, and save time on a trip to the post office - free for a limited time. You will need to generate and print a return label online* here

  4. Return both online and store purchases for free at one of our stores**. We can only accept returns in store if you have paid using credit or debit card. Returns paid using PayPal, Klarna and Laybuy should be returned to our warehouse. Find your nearest store here


  5. * Please select any return reason for exchanges.

    Please retain your receipt when making a return at your post office or Hermes parcel shop / locker. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item, and when we have processed your return / exchange. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the final refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

    In-store at Boux Avenue

    If you no longer have your Delivery Note or the payment card you paid with, or if you are not the original purchaser, our stores can offer you an exchange or the value of your return on a Boux Avenue Gift Card.

    If your item is faulty we are very sorry to hear that, please bring your item into store and we can take a look.

    This will not affect your statutory rights.

    In-store at Ryman

    Wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging with your receipt and the original tags and take to one of our Ryman stores within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

    Refunds will be made to the original method of payment once the order has been received by our warehouse.

    If you no longer have your Delivery Note or the payment card you paid with, paid via PayPal, or if you are not the original purchaser, our stores can offer you an exchange or the value of your return on a Boux Avenue Gift Card

    Please note we are unable to accept returns in store for orders placed using Klarna.

We hope you love your Boux Avenue purchase. However, if would like to return any unworn item, you can do so within 28 days of receipt, along with the original tags and your delivery note that was included in your parcel.

In order to return an item please print a returns label using our returns portal. Alternatively you can request a return via email, please ensure you put your order number and email address associated with the order in the email.

Please note any shipping costs, taxes and/or duty applicable to your order are non-refundable.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.

We cannot currently offer an exchange service on international orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.

Free Worldwide Returns with PayPal

PayPal is offering free returns covering up to £15/$30 USD/€30/$45 AUD/$30 CAD/250kr of return shipping for up to 12 eligible PayPal purchases worldwide until 31st December 2017.

  • Step 1:

    Make sure "Return Shipping on Us" is activated in your PayPal account before placing an order:

  • Step 2:

    Place your order with Boux Avenue using PayPal to pay.

  • Step 3:

    If you decide to return your purchase simply follow the normal instructions as stated on the Boux Avenue returns form enclosed with your order making sure you retain proof of return shipping costs.

  • Step 4:

    Submit a claim to PayPal including proof of PayPal purchase and proof of return shipping costs within 14 days of returning the goods to us.

  • Step 5:

    If your claim is approved by PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited with a refund within 10 days

We cannot currently offer an exchange service on international orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.

If you have purchased a Boux Avenue product from Very.co.uk and you would like a refund or exchange, please direct your request to Very customer service department (0344 822 2321 - 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week), or via the ‘My Account’ page found on the Very website. Very run a 28 day returns policy the same as us.
