We hope you love Boux Avenue purchase. However, if would like to return any unworn item, you can do so within 28 days of receipt, along with the original tags and your delivery note that was included in your parcel.

Return shipping costs are free for orders shipped to the following countries:

• Europe*
• USA

In order to return an item please print a returns label using our returns portal. Please note taxes and/or duty applicable to your order are non-refundable.

* Please note Switzerland and Norway do not receive free returns.
