Returns and Exchanges

Boux Avenue understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren't 100% happy with. It's all part and parcel of the wonderful world of shopping; sometimes we buy before we try, and later regret a rash decision resulting in an unloved bra or babydoll.

We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. All we ask is that the item is unworn, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging.

We will endeavour to process your return within 10 working days. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale, this may take a little longer.

There are a few Boux Avenue items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, these are;

How to do it

UK orders

Online

Simply fill out our quick and easy returns form, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging and post back to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You can also return any unworn items bought online at our stores, as long as you have your receipt and the original tags.

Boux Avenue offer a free returns service. There will be a Royal Mail returns slip in your parcel, simply attach to your parcel then pop it in the post back to us from your local post office. The post office will give you a receipt – hold onto this for tracking purposes.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.

If you have passed the 28 days, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange.

If you have received a faulty item from us, we are very sorry to hear it, so please post back to us as above stating the problem on our returns form. Or call our customer service team for further assistance on 0800 054 6550.

In-store at Boux Avenue

Simply return your unworn item with your receipt and the original tags to one of our Boux Avenue stores within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Unfortunately website orders paid for with PayPal cannot be refunded in store.

If you have your receipt but have passed the 28 days, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange.

If your item is faulty we are very sorry to hear that, please bring your item into store and we can take a look.

This will not affect your statutory rights.

In-store at Ryman

Wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging with your receipt and the original tags and take to one of our Ryman stores within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment once the order has been received by our warehouse.

If you have your receipt but have passed the 28 days, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange.

International orders

Simply fill out our quick and easy returns form, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging and post back to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

It is your responsibility to cover any costs incurred in returning your order. We encourage you to use a tracked service and obtain a proof of postage so you can follow its journey and ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safe and sound.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.

We cannot currently offer an exchange service on international orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.

Very orders

If you have purchased a Boux Avenue product from Very.co.uk and you would like a refund or exchange, please direct your request to Very customer service department (0344 822 2321 - 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week), or via the ‘My Account’ page found on the Very website. Very run a 28 day returns policy the same as us.
