Tracking your order

At Boux Avenue, we like to keep you fully informed on when to expect your parcel. We offer a minute-by-minute opportunity to track your order by doing any of the following:

  1. Simply pick up the phone and give our customer service team a call. Our friendly team are more than happy to help you track your order. We are open between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday, so plenty of time to get in touch.
  2. Drop us an email at hello@bouxavenue.com where we will respond to you within 24 hours.
  3. Enter your tracking number on the UK Mail website to follow your order directly.

As soon as we send out your Boux Avenue parcel, you will receive either an email or an SMS with a tracking number. Hang onto this, it will enable you to track your parcel through to delivery.

All of our deliveries are signed for, to ensure all your Boux Avenue treats are delivered to the right hands.

Should we be unsuccessful in delivering your purchase on the 1st attempt, a 2nd attempt will be made the next day. UK Mail will leave a card at your address to notify you of the delivery attempt.

If you are not available to accept your delivery, after the 2nd attempt your purchase will be taken to the nearest depot where you can collect it at your convenience.
